Are you tough enough? This challenge will be a great test of your strength, stamina, and willpower! Perform the following exercises: 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run. Must start and finish with a 1 mile run and perform the listed exercises in any sequence. The fastest time to complete will receive a plaque and the top performers will be posted on the Challenge Board.
